Under which circumstances is immediate payment made?

When an injury is specified, immediate payment, with no stand-down period, is provided. This includes a fracture of the wrist; ankle; knee-cap; upper arm; elbow; leg below the knee; vertebrae; heel or shoulder

If I’m confined to a hospital bed, how long is the stand-down period before I receive payment?

If you are confined to bed in hospital, or under a physician’s care at home, then there is a three-day stand-down period before payment commences.

Can you also help with my ACC?

As part of our service to our valued clients, an audit is conducted for both your existing insurance and your ACC levies. If there is a lack of synergy between your ACC program and your income cover policy, recommendations for improvement will be offered to you. And if any ACC changes are required, we can act on your behalf. This service is offered free of charge.
